Join us beginning July 6, 2020 for the four week course Collections Emergencies: Preparedness to Resilience. A Collections Emergency or Disaster can inflict itself on a cultural institution in many different forms and severity. How the institution prepares and responds to such events can determine the speed and effectiveness of its recovery. This course will go beyond the basics of emergency planning and teach participants how to turn their plans into living documents and work in all emergency events. This course will focus on practical skills that guide participants from preparedness through response, into recovery and finally to resiliency.
